FOREVER FRIENDS Inc. provides grant monies to initiate and sustain intergenerational programs at all academic levels. Use of grant money is restricted to intergenerational children’s literature, arts and crafts supplies, and food and beverages for special events. Grant money may not be used for administration of the program or for transportation expenses.
Recipients of a FOREVER FRIENDS Inc. grant are required to submit to the organization a year-end summary of the program activities.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A GRANT
Send FOREVER FRIENDS Inc. a letter (on letterhead) highlighting the following:
- your name, location, professional background and experience
- the grade level(s) you teach
- the facility or living community your elders are from
- intergenerational activities you have planned
